Happy St Patrick's Day!
We celebrated today with our friends, Jen and Jackson. We made rainbow cupcakes, had a leprechaun treasure hunt, got Shamrock tattoos and found green coins for a prize! Jen even made green pancakes for breakfast. A fun and festive [green] day!

Ok...so the rainbow cupcakes are SUPER cool! You're such a fun mommy! How did you do those? Layers of different colored batter?
Thanks Hannah - yep, they were super easy (just took a bit of time) - we just separated a cake mix into 5 bowls (we decided to skip orange) and then layer them in cupcake tins! It was in family fun magazine so I can't take credit:)
